| Very nice staff
good distance from the airport and a frequent shuttle bus service included in the rooms price
Not a big choice of meals in the hotels restaurant

| Booked double room 3 weeks in advance. On arrival hotel was only able to offer twin beds. First no-smoking room we were given smelt strongly of smoke and we were upgraded to what was supposed to be a Club level room. We couldnt see any difference! Staff were friendly, helpful and professional. Buses to airport do not come to a schedule only every "15 to 20 mins" We had to wait about 30. Took another 20 mins to get to Terminal 1 because of heavy traffic and going via teh Train Station to drop pax. So leave enough time to allow for delays. No UK TV channels provided, altho BBC is listed, teh channel was actually RTL (German?) |
