Critically acclaimed restaurant Texture is conveniently located in Portman Street London. Texture is a modern European restaurant focusing on combining different consistencies and flavours. The 60 seated restaurant and 30 seated champagne bar offers various signature tasting menus, an a la carte menu and a lunch menu. Head Chef Agnar Sverrisson who is Icelandic and Executive sommelier Xavier Rousset both met whilst working under Raymond Blanc at Le Manoir Aux Quat’Saisons where they came up with the idea for a restaurant where light, healthy food and exquisite wines were of equal importance.”
